About Me
I have completed my Masters in Clinical Psychology and a Post Graduate Certificate Course in psychological counselling. I have worked as a Mental health counsellor at a family medical practice Sydney,Australia and also as a Disability worker in Sydney, I specialised in working with deaf blind adults with speech impairments. After working as a Research Scientist in the area of primary prevention of intimate partner violence, I now work as a mental health counsellor with my own private practice in Pune.

Your search ends for a safe, caring & confidential environment - to explore your feelings, beliefs or behaviours, work through challenging situations, identify aspects of life that you would like to change, develop a better understanding of yourself, help set personal goals and work toward desired change. Therapy is often sought for a wide variety of reasons, from coping with major life challenges or childhood trauma to dealing with depression/anxiety to simply desiring personal growth and greater self-knowledge. We may work together for as few as 5-6 sessions to a few months/years, depending upon your unique needs and personal goals for therapy. Sessions are conducted one on one in person, or virtually over whatsapp/zoom. Home visits can be scheduled too in case of geriatric clients and/or clients with mobility issues.(Pune only)
